1) What do you need
THIS IS REQUIRED if You have a compatible compatible toll ROM. ALL IKS-VECTORS
Substrate is a new theme engine that surpasses Slides. The substrate is divided into two types of technology:
# Substrate Legacy: These are the old layers, but it works only with the new additional Engine Substratum tag (https://goo.gl/nM6KCQ), so the uniquely old layer of the application is useless.
# MIS substrate: This is a new technology that has new fast-paced applications for the theme. it only works with the new Theme Substratum Theme module (https://goo.gl/nM6KCQ), and you have to have a ROM that supports this new technology!

1) Open Source Engine Theme Substratum
2) Down Down
3) Open N Navbar
4) Select Navigator Panel
5) Choose your favorite ribbon column and click on the fab in the right corner. (it is listed below, watch this video, https://goo.gl/E1hYcs)
6) Then restart
